We will open our hearts and minds through laughter, movement and meditation. Simple, yet empowering movements of Zhineng Qigong, while exploring our inner space will be the focus for the 2-Days. These practices allow deeper inner connection, inner respect and inner trust to awaken our True Essence, essential elements in all practice levels. This workshop provides a solid foundation of Zhineng Qigong.
The workshop consists of 2 consecutive Saturdays.
1) The first Saturday focuses upon the basics of understanding mixing form and formless. What does that mean? We will explore this through Zhineng Qigong's simple, yet empowering movements and meditations to provide a good Zhineng Qigong foundation.
2) The week in-between offers students the opportunity to cultivate a deeper understanding of their practice experiences.
3) The second Saturday, La Qi, (open/close), the basis of all Zhineng Qigong methods will be introduced. Time will be allowed for questions, sharing and discussion of the weeks' practice experiences. The afternoon will transpire according to our sharing and what we all wish to delve into more deeply.
4) Two additional free follow up sessions are offered, arranged through our group.

FOURTEEN MONTH ZHINENG QIGONG TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM

China Certified Zhineng Qigong Teachers; Debra Weisenburger Lipetz, Columbus OH, and Sue Ashwell, St. Louis MO collaborate to present a Virtual Zhineng Qigong Teacher Training Program, using the Zoom software platform, which can be downloaded for free at www.zoom.us
The blending, of our varying teaching methods and perspectives, provides an opportunity for valuable and diverse learning and discussion.
Pre-requisite is a short interview with Debra and Sue, the course instructors.
This course is designed to certify Zhineng Qigong students interested in becoming Level I Zhineng Qigong Teachers/Instructors. The course is also open to dedicated Zhineng Qigong students who are interested in deepening their understanding of the theory and practice of Zhineng Qigong and may not be sure they want to teach. If you are interested in attending the Fourteen Month ZQ Teacher Training Program, please let us know before August 31, 2024. The first weekend is in September 2024. At this time we will schedule the remaining months for the year.
All of us will gradually open our hearts and minds, learning how to induce Qi for our own exploration of Self-Healing. This naturally improves our internal functions and abilities physically, emotionally and mentally. Over this year's process, we become more healthy, balanced and empowered individuals. All are being trained within the same parameters in order to uphold the original teachings and information of Grandmaster Dr. Pang Ming. This is a very noble endeavor.
We meet one weekend per month and use curriculum that has been developed in collaboration with Master Yuantong Liu based upon the first year training of ZQ Teachers at the Center in China. All students seeking teacher certification will be tested after the Fourteen Month Program, by at least three Certified Zhineng Qigong Teachers authorized by Master Liu. There will be a written test, and experiential test. After completing certification, each student is required to mentor with Debra or Sue for no less than 3 months. This may be accomplished via Zoom or other internet methods.
